Salsa Grilled Pork

- 44Canadian Pork Rib Chops
- 1/2 cup125 mLsalsa
- 1/2 cup125 mLwhite wine or grape juice
- 2 tsp10 mLcanola oil
- 22cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 Tbsp25 mLchopped parsley
Directions
Place pork chops in a plastic bag, non-metal bowl or sealable container. Combine salsa, white wine, oil and garlic. Pour mixture over pork; seal or cover and refrigerate for 3 to 24 hours, turning meat occasionally. Preheat barbecue on high; reduce heat to medium. Remove pork from marinade; discard marinade. Place pork chops on lightly oiled grillgrill; close barbecue cover and grill pver medium, heat 5 - 8 minutes; turn and grill 5 - 8 minutes on the other side or until slightly firm to the touch. Sprinkle cooked chops with parsley and serve with grilled corn, peppers and zucchini.
