Pork Steaks Santa Fe with Salsa

- 44Canadian Pork Leg Tip Steaks, boneless, about 1 1/4 lbs/625 g
- 1 cup250 mLmild chunky salsa
- 1 tsp5 mLdried oregano
- 1/2 tsp2 mLground cumin
- 11clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup125 mLpineapple chunks
Directions
In a large non-stick or lightly oiled skillet over medium-high heat, brown steaks quickly, about 2 minutes per side. Lower heat; add remaining ingredients to pan; cover and simmer 8 to 10 minutes.
Serve with a mixed bean salad and cheese corn bread.
