Pork Burgers

- 1 lb500 gLean Ground Canadian Pork
- 1/2 tsp2 mLcelery salt
- 1/4 tsp1 mLsalt
- 1/4 tsp1 mLpepper
Directions
Combine pork and seasonings. Shape into 4 patties. Preheat barbecue on high; reduce heat to medium. Grill patties on lightly oiled grill over medium heat for 5 - 10 minutes per side until completely cooked. Serve on buns with your favorite condiments or one of the following toppings;
MEXICAN: Mix salsa, chopped onion and green pepper. Spread on patties, top with shredded Cheddar cheese.
GREEK: Combine chopped cucumber and tomato, sliced black olives and crumbled feta cheese.
HAWAIIAN: Combine crisply cooked, crumbled bacon, sweet and sour barbecue sauce and chopped green pepper. Top burgers and add pineapple slices.
Note: Always cook ground pork to well done.
