- 2 lbs1 kgCanadian Pork Side Ribs
- 1/2 cup125 mLchopped onion
- 1/2 cup125 mLbrown sugar
- 2 Tbsp25 mLcornstarch
- 1/4 cup50 mLhoney mustard
- 1 cup250 mLvinegar
- 2 cup500 mwater
Directions
Cut ribs in serving pieces. Arrange in shallow roasting pan. Brown in 400ºF (200ºC) oven for 30 minutes. Drain off any fat. Sprinkle with chopped onion. Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture thickens and bubbles. Pour over ribs. Cover and bake at 350ºF (180ºC) for 1-1½ hours, basting occasionally.
