Hoisin Garlic Ribs

- 4 lbs2 kgCanadian Pork Side Ribs (or sweet and sour)
- 1/4 cup50 mLEACH hoisin sauce and water
- 3 Tbsp45 mLdry sherry
- 2 Tbsp25 mLEACH honey and soy sauce
- 33cloves garlic, minced
- toasted sesame seeds
Directions
Cut ribs into single rib or bite-size pieces; place in a large plastic bag or in sealable container. Combine remaining ingredients except sesame seeds; mix well and pour over ribs. Close bag or container; marinate in the refrigerator a minimum of 6 hours to a maximum of 24 hours. Drain ribs, reserving marinade. Place ribs in shallow roasting pan; cover with foil and bake in a 325ºF (160ºC) oven for 11/2 hours. Meanwhile, bring marinade to a boil. Uncover and brush ribs with the reserved marinade. Bake, uncovered, for 30 to 45 minutes more or until dark golden. Sprinkle ribs with sesame seeds and serve hot.
