Curried Pork in Pitas

- 1 1/2 cups375 mLchopped cooked Canadian Pork
- 1/3 cup75 mLlight salad dressing
- dashdashgarlic powder
- 1/4 tsp1 mLcurry powder
- 1/3 cup75 mLwater chestnuts, rinsed and sliced
- 1/3 cup75 mLraisins
- 11small carrot, grated
- 11green onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup50 mLpineapple tidbits, well drained
- 22pita pockets, cut in halves
- 1/4 cup50 mLslivered almonds, toasted
Directions
In a small bowl, combine salad dressing, garlic powder and curry powder. Set aside. In a large bowl, mix together pork, water chestnuts, raisins, carrot, green onion and pineapple. Add dressing; toss to coat. Divide evenly among pita pockets. Top with slivered almonds.
