Cajun Grilled Pork Steaks

- 44Canadian Pork Loin Steaks or Chops, about 3/4"/2 cm thick
- 1/2 tsp5 mLground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp1 mLcayenne pepper
- 1 tsp5 mLonion powder
- 2 tsp10 mLpaprika
- 1/4 tsp1 mLsalt
- 1/2 tsp2 mLfennel seeds, chopped (optional)
Directions
Combine spices and sprinkle onto pork steaks. Preheat grill on high; reduce heat to medium. Grill on lightly oiled grill over medium heat for 3 - 4 minutes per side until a meat thermomter registers 155-160ºF (68-71ºC). Do not overcook. Remove from heat, cover loosely and let rest a few minutes before serving.and serve immediately.
