Asian Pork Stir-Fry

- 1 lb500 gCanadian Pork Strips
- 1 Tbsp15 mLsesame oil, divided
- 1 lb500 gseasonal stir-fry vegetables, sliced to equal thickness
- 1 Tbsp15 mLhoisin sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp7 mLsoy sauce
- 1 tsp5 mLhot sauce
- 7 oz200 gegg noodles, cooked
Directions
Ina large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, stir-fry pork strips in half of oil for 2-3 minutes or until lightly browned. Add remaining oil and sauté vegetables for another 3-4 minutes or until almost cooked. Reduce heat to medium and add hoisin sauce, soy sauce and hot sauce. Heat thoroughly, then toss and serve with cooked egg noodles.
