Following in the success of Peameal Bacon of Canada®, a brand of TMF Foods Ltd., the introduction of an additional pork product was a natural progression. Lou's Quick-n-Easy® Bacon is an authentic bacon style cured smoked boneless sliced pork loin that is available in both traditional and extra thick slice. This new pork product offers the health conscious consumer a new product that has all of the flavour of traditional side bacon with 70% less fat and 32% less sodium than regular bacon.
