Barbecued Country Style Ribs

Ingredients
1 Canadian Pork country style ribs, about 2 lb (1 kg)
2 tbsp (25 mL) rice wine vinegar or Mirin
1 tbsp (15 mL) each: vegetable oil, hoisin sauce, and soy sauce
2 tsp (10 mL) minced fresh ginger
1/2 tsp (2 mL) red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp (2 mL) sesame oil
Cooking Instructions
Using the rib bones as a guide, cut country style ribs into chops, about 3/4-inch (2 cm) thick. Prick chops all over with a fork. Combine all other ingredients, and coat chops liberally; place in shallow container or a sealable plastic bag, and refrigerate overnight, turning once. Grill chops over medium heat for about 7 minutes per side, or until chops are golden brown and cooked through.
