Ingredients

1 cup (250 mL) dry white wine
3/4 cup (175 mL) red wine vinegar
1/4 cup (50 mL) dark sesame oil
1/2 cup (125 mL) olive oil
6 cloves garlic
3 tbsp (45 mL) chopped fresh ginger
2 tsp (10 mL) fresh thyme

Cooking Instructions

Combine all ingredients; whisk briskly before use.
