Ingredients
1/2 cup (125 mL) soy sauce
2 tbsp (25 mL) honey
1 tbsp (15 mL) lemon juice
1 tbsp (15 mL) orange juice
2 crushed garlic cloves
1 tbsp (15 mL) chopped cilantro
1/2 tsp (2 mL) chopped gingerroot
1/4 tsp. (1 mL) ground pepper
1 bay leaf
Cooking Instructions
In a glass jar with a tight fitting lid, combine all ingredients until thoroughly mixed.
